After seven years of American occupation, Iraq has evolved into one of the worst country in the world . According to transparency international , corruption is widespread in all of Iraqi government sections, billions have been stolen and missing .The so called "new "and" improved" elected government has failed to fix minor problems such as electricity and water.
One might ask, why a powerful country such as United States couldn't provide basic services to the Iraqi people ?, the answer to this question ,The US didn’t come to Iraq to build it but to plunder it make it as one of her colonies
