When will the workers control their destiny in Jordan?

I have been thinking about this subject for long time, and now,I decided to write about the plight and the grime situation of Jordanian workers and their natural and human rights in the so called "Free" market economy.
For long time, the government in Jordan has always banned any organising for free democratic labor union that can look after the rights of working people in Jordan, for example,in 1972 when I was living in Zarks, the workers in the petroleum refinery were trying to organise and calling for general labor strike to raise their wages and institute fair medical insurance benefits for them and their families.
Once that organising got underway and the word got out,The Jordanian Police and the army were sent to Zarka to quell any strike or demonstration of the people who were trying peacefully to organise a labor Union,I was an eyewitness to the the mayhem and the brutality of the Jordanian police and Army when they broke the workers gathering, several workers were brutally beaten and many were arrested.
When our Jordanian and I might also add the "foreigner" worker as they are called will be able to organise labor Union and and gain their alienable right???
I like to send a message to all the worker to start organising because it is the government that are afraid of you.
